Tiffany manages nearly all of FarWell’s people-related activities, from benefits administration to HR systems and compliance, ensuring a seamless employee experience. She thrives on improving processes and scaling company culture, especially during FarWell’s growth. A firm believer in continuous improvement, she challenges the status quo to create better solutions whenever possible.

With a BA in Mathematics from Blackburn College, Tiffany is an active member of SHRM and GMASHRM. Outside of work, she and her husband run a small photography business, capturing family moments and weddings. A dedicated Cubs fan, she’s on a mission to visit every professional baseball park—and as a self-proclaimed math nerd, she celebrates Pi Day by baking math-themed pies.
