We founded FarWell in July 2013. Our goal was to create a different type of advisory firm, one grounded in Humility, Collaboration, and Accountability. We believe when we identify our values, hire to them, onboarding new team members by them, and ultimately live by them, we deliver the best possible Employee Experience (EX), which will result in our shared, long-term success.​

Historically, it seemed when certain firms were known for having a great culture, it was less about intentional actions and more about chance events and luck.
