FarWell was founded in July 2013. The goal was to create a different type of advisory firm, one grounded in Humility, Collaboration, and Accountability. The FarWell team believes when we identify our values, hire to them, onboard new team members by them, and ultimately live by them, we deliver the best possible Employee Experience (EX), which will result in our shared, long-term success.
Historically, it seemed when certain firms were known for having a great culture, it was less about intentional actions and more about chance events and luck.
