Terri Rundell

Terri helps leaders drive transformational change by unifying teams around a shared vision, leading to increased revenue, reduced costs, and stronger employee and customer engagement. She combines empathy and creativity to build trust, engage cross-functional teams, and deliver sustainable results. With expertise in Agile transformation, organizational change management, experience design, and leadership coaching, she equips businesses with the tools to navigate complex challenges successfully.

Holding an MA in Organizational Communication from UW-Milwaukee, Terri is a Certified Change Practitioner, SAFe Program Consultant, and Certified Facilitator. She believes in a “human first” approach, ensuring that people—not just processes—are at the heart of every transformation. Outside of work, she enjoys leading worship at her church, mentoring teens, camping, kayaking, and gathering with friends around bonfires to get through our Wisconsin winters.
