Steve DeRosier

Steve is a seasoned IT leader with over 25 years of experience helping teams align, perform, and deliver exceptional results. He has led large-scale initiatives, including ERP implementations and business integrations, while earning a reputation for his strong relationships and people-first approach. With expertise in Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, change management, and business process improvement, Steve brings both technical knowledge and leadership to every project.

Holding a BS in Public & Environmental Administration from UW-Green Bay, Steve believes in treating everyone with respect—whether it’s the CEO or a janitor. Outside of work, he and his wife love to travel, cheer on the Brewers, and go hiking (sometimes in search of lost golf balls). He’s also an avid dartball player—when the Packers aren’t on, of course.
