Shane Corcoran

Shane is a master relationship builder who excels at uniting teams and guiding organizations through transformation. He brings resilience to people, processes, and technology, ensuring change is both strategic and human-centered. With expertise in business analysis, architecture, Agile coaching, and product development, he simplifies complex challenges through visual problem-solving and actionable strategies.

Holding a BA in Public Relations from Monmouth College, Shane is pursuing an MS in Organizational Leadership and Change at Edgewood College and is a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSMII). Outside of work, he enjoys time with family, gardening, and being on the water. A lifelong learner, he’s passionate about environmental issues, blockchain technology, and finance.
