Seth Rickerman

Seth is an Agile coach and project leader who helps teams and leaders build confidence in their roles, strengthen collaboration, and develop sustainable ways of working. He takes time to understand each team’s unique needs and tailors his approach to support meaningful, lasting change. With experience spanning Agile delivery, project management, and IT infrastructure, Seth brings a practical, people-first perspective to every engagement.

He holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and is a certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).

When he is not at work, Seth likes exploring Milwaukee and northwest Wisconsin with his wife and daughter. His daughter has proudly given him the title of “Superdad.” He plays soccer in local leagues year-round, captaining his team from central defense, and he volunteers with Feeding America.
