Rob Kucik

Rob brings years of management consulting experience across multiple industries, helping teams analyze challenges, optimize processes, and drive meaningful change. He believes in making problems visual—sketching out issues to reveal key insights, spark discussion, and generate solutions with less stress and more alignment. His expertise spans operational analysis, process improvement, program management, and team coaching.

Holding a BS in Business Administration and an MS in Labor & Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois, Rob is also a Prosci-certified Change Management Professional. His philosophy is simple: treat others as you’d want to be treated—no jerks allowed. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and soaking in live music whenever he can.
