Rachel Breitbach

Rachel is FarWell’s Senior Advisor and Practice Lead, ensuring expertise across core services and collaborating with advisors to help clients achieve their goals. A strategic thinker and servant leader, she excels at breaking complex change initiatives into manageable steps, fostering sustainable results through strong collaboration and clear communication.

Holding a BS in Communications from Northwestern and an MBA from Azusa Pacific, Rachel is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Professional Scrum Master, and PMP. A lifelong learner and sports fan, she embraces challenges—once making history as the first female broadcast intern to enter the Denver Broncos locker room. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, two daughters, and their dog, staying active in her community, and indulging in all forms of chocolate.
