Pam Welti

Pam is a senior communication and change management strategist with a strong business and financial background, allowing her to build rapport with project teams, employees, and leadership. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, crisis management, strategic communication, and business restructuring, ensuring well-managed change efforts that drive business value.

Holding a BS in Accounting from UW-La Crosse, Pam is a CPA, a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI), and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. She believes in listening to understand, knowing it leads to stronger teams and better outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family, golfing, boating, snowmobiling, and watching the sunset from the comfort of her hammock.
