Koen Desmet

Koen is passionate about helping teams collaborate effectively and achieve their goals. He thrives in environments where he can bring people together to solve challenges in a constructive, positive way and is known for being reliable, approachable, and focused on keeping teams productive while enjoying the process.

Koen believes in working to live and be happy, not the other way around, and in treating others the way he would like to be treated.

Outside of work, Koen enjoys staying active by coaching youth basketball and running—having completed two marathons and several half marathons. He also enjoys golfing, biking, hiking, and traveling with his family to explore new places.
