She specializes in system rollouts, team building, and issue management, always promoting best practices to drive sustainable success.

Holding a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MS in Management Information Sciences from Northern Illinois University, Jillian is also a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP). She believes in flexibility over quick fixes—there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. An avid traveler, she has explored Japan and Italy and is now learning both languages in hopes of returning.
