Jen is a seasoned change practitioner with over 25 years of experience leading process improvement and organizational change. She helps leaders navigate complex transitions with intentional strategies that inspire and engage. Grounded in emotional intelligence and Agile principles, she fosters conscious leadership that drives lasting impact.
Holding an MS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern and a BA in Mathematics & Computer Science from St. Norbert College, Jen is a certified Professional Scrum Master and Prosci Change Management Practitioner. A Certified Yoga Therapist, she integrates mindfulness into her approach to change. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, cooking, exploring nature, and deepening her knowledge of neuroscience and human anatomy.
