Focused on long-term growth, he drives market expansion, enhances solution offerings, and ensures the company’s financial health. With experience leading large-scale projects from startups to Fortune 500s, he excels at cutting through complexity to develop strategic, actionable plans.

A firm believer in treating others with respect, Jason fosters strong relationships by listening, communicating clearly, and supporting his team’s unique strengths. He holds a BA in Mathematics from St. Olaf College and certifications in Scaled Agile and Scrum. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and two daughters and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings and Chicago Cubs.
