Heather Kennedy

Heather has spent over 20 years driving business results by analyzing complex challenges, identifying opportunities, and building strategic paths to success. While focused on outcomes, she prioritizes stakeholder engagement and collaboration at all levels. With expertise in process improvement, communication strategy, talent development, and organizational design, she helps businesses create meaningful change.

Holding a BA from Hanover College and MA degrees in Executive Coaching and Organizational Psychology from William James College, Heather is also a SHRM-SCP-certified professional. She believes work should be a place that enriches and empowers people. Outside of work, she’s an avid traveler and the longtime editor-in-chief of her family’s beloved Beecher Family Bulletin, which has been published for over 20 years.
