E.B. Mayer

Elizabeth, or “E.B.,” as she prefers to be called, is a skilled project leader and Agile coach who excels at building and guiding high-performing technical teams. She thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, ensuring clients receive high-value solutions. Known for her collaborative nature and open-minded approach, she fosters strong relationships and continuous learning. Her expertise spans Agile methodologies, IT project management, business analysis, and process improvement.

Holding a BS in Microbiology, Chemistry, and Psychology from UW–La Crosse, E.B. is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). She believes in treating others how they want to be treated, valuing individual perspectives and mutual respect. Outside of work, her time revolves around family and her love for sighthounds. With three dogs—a Scottish Deerhound and two Borzois—she’s working toward launching Trillium Sighthounds, a small breeding program for both breeds.
