Dean is a results-driven professional with over 20 years of experience in IT, project management, and Agile methodologies. He helps clients apply Agile principles, manage high-priority projects, and drive successful outcomes. Known for his upbeat and collaborative nature, he thrives on big-picture thinking, hands-on learning, and strategic execution. His expertise spans Agile/Scrum, process improvement, technology deployment, and vendor management.

Holding a BS in Economics from the University of Illinois, Dean is a Professional Scrum Master (PSM II) who believes in taking risks and having fun along the way. Outside of work, he stays busy with his wife, four kids, and three dogs. When he gets a break, he enjoys camping, a good brew, and cheering on the Chicago Bears.
