Dawn is an innovative leader with expertise in process improvement and customer experience optimization. She takes a collaborative approach to problem-solving, helping teams navigate obstacles and drive successful outcomes. With experience across multiple organizations, she specializes in process optimization, change initiatives, and Lean project strategies.
Holding a BS in Animal Science from Illinois State University, Dawn is certified in Lean Process Improvement and holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. She believes in the power of positive impact, guided by Maya Angelou’s words: “People will never forget how you made them feel.” Outside of work, she enjoys anything outdoors—whether it’s biking, hiking, golfing, or tackling DIY projects in the yard.
