Cynthia is a seasoned marketing and communications professional who specializes in developing internal communication strategies that drive engagement and support complex change initiatives. Holding a BA in English Literature from UW–Whitewater and an MBA in Marketing from Aurora University, Cynthia believes in the power of curiosity to spark innovation and uncover new perspectives.
