Bret Spangenberg

Bret is a thoughtful problem-solver who enjoys tackling unique challenges and helping organizations navigate complex transformations. He brings extensive program management experience across waterfall, Agile, and hybrid environments, along with deep Agile expertise serving as an Agile coach, product owner/product manager, Scrum Master, and trainer. Bret holds SAFe SPC 6.0, CSPO, and PSM certifications. Bret brings patience and empathy to his work, taking time to understand different perspectives and build strong rapport with stakeholders. Throughout his career, he has successfully launched multiple transformations from the ground up, delivering multimillion-dollar improvements. His personal philosophy is to treat others as he would like to be treated—an approach that helps him bring respect and consideration to every interaction.

Outside of work, Bret is an avid fisherman who also enjoys foraging for wild mushrooms and hiking. He and his wife foster rescue dogs, providing them with care until they find their forever homes.
