Aaron is an experienced project manager, team leader, and IT consultant who thrives in fast-changing environments. He has successfully led teams of 50+ and delivered results across various industries. With expertise in Agile and Scrum project management, software implementation, ERP, and database management, Aaron keeps teams organized, focused, and on track.

Believing in a “beginner’s mindset,” he stays open to new ideas and continuous learning. Outside of work, Aaron is an avid mountain biker and volunteers for trail maintenance to improve outdoor experiences. A former professional bike mechanic, he still enjoys servicing road and mountain bikes in his community.
