An international utilities company was attempting to manage multiple challenging projects simultaneously. A large migration to SAP was on the horizon along with the need to migrate individual data centers to a centralized data center.

Call for Help: 

  • Due to capacity constraints, help was needed to manage the implementation of a Microsoft Azure cloud hosting solution to support a migration from four legacy systems to S4/HANA. It was clear that new ways of working were needed to ensure the right resources were brought together and maximized for success.

  • After successfully helping the company migrate to SAP, FarWell was asked to manage a large data center migration throughout North and South America leading to a data center centralization.
  • FarWell developed a resource planning model to show the team’s workload and availability, allowing them to view potential project collisions.

Results:
